A note from us ✨ 

What an incredible year. Hosting 142 events in 19 cities and surpassing 9,000 members.

A year that stretched us, grounded us, and brought a level of clarity we didn’t know we were ready for. Clarity in our vision. Clarity in how we scale. Clarity in the kind of meaningful experiences we want to continue building.

Looking back, it felt like the moment everything started to click.

From Amsterdam to Sydney, New York to Dublin, and Paris to London, this year was full of moments that reminded us why the D2 collective exists: to bring the tech world closer. To turn intention into connection. To create spaces where people feel welcome, and conversations flow naturally.

You shaped this year in the most meaningful way.

Thank you for showing up, for sharing your stories, and for helping this community grow with such heart.

We’re taking a moment now to breathe, reflect, and get ready for what’s next.

November Highlight: Our Dublin Event at Notion

at the end of November we gathered at the beautiful Notion office in Dublin for Mastering the Art of Consultative Selling in SaaS. A space that reflects so much of what makes Notion… Notion. The care, the design, and the intention behind every detail. It’s a culture you can feel the moment you walk in.

The evening opened with thoughtful words from Mick Hodgins, Notion’s General Manager for EMEA, who shared why he joined: the people, the product, and the opportunity.

We brought together an incredible group of brilliant sales professionals, and the conversation went deep:
• What great discovery looks like beyond surface-level questions
• How to uncover the real problem behind the stated problem
• How to build trust early in a complex cycle
• Staying grounded and curious under pressure
• Aligning internally so the buyer feels fully supported

A huge thank you to Conor O’Malley, Abir Abbas, Mélanie Chaïa, and Maria Caprani for sharing so openly about what it means to be a great seller in the age of AI, and what it truly takes to sell at an AI-native company like Notion.

Dublin always feels different for us.

It’s the place where our careers began, and where the earliest seeds of D2 were planted. Coming back to host an event like this is something we hold with so much gratitude.

What’s D2 Learning?

Over the past three years, we’ve hosted hundreds of conversations with leaders across the tech industry. On stages. Around dinner tables. In rooms where people felt safe enough to speak honestly.

D2 Learning is how we’ve captured that wisdom and made it accessible beyond the room.

It’s an on-demand learning experience designed for moments when you’re reflecting, recalibrating, or thinking about what’s next in your career.

Our first course, Navigating Career Changes & Growth, brings together the voices of 24 senior leaders in tech, from companies like Remote, Adobe, TikTok, Miro, and Adyen. Across 80+ short lessons, they share the real decisions, doubts, and turning points that shaped their paths, not the polished highlights, but the moments that actually mattered.

There are no rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, it offers perspective. Language for decisions you’re already sitting with. And reassurance that growth is rarely linear.

It’s thoughtful, practical, and deeply human, just like the conversations that have always defined D2.
